Our History

MANS Construction Company (MANS) was founded in 2005 and was incorporated under the same name in 2007. MANS is a fully qualified 8(a) Certified, Small Disadvantaged Business, licensed, insured and bonded General Contractor. Our capabilities include various aspects of General Contracting and Construction Management. We self-preform the majority of our contracted work which includes but is not limited to all of the following:

Martin Salgado and his wife Norma Salgado are the founders of MANS Construction Company. Since 2007, Mr. Salgado's prior background and extensive experience in road construction, project scheduling, production. quality control and safety teamed with Mrs. Salgado's broad range of experience in entrepreneurial and business management, have culminated into the driving force behind MANS Construction Company. In the short time MANS has been in business, we have expanded our technical and administrative experience to all phases of business management that include sourcing projects through a variety of means; marketing the company and its abilities; establishing and maintaining detailed estimating and cost control methods; quality control, project management procedures and safety priorities. MANS understands the value of developing and sustaining strong relationships with Owners, Engineers, Subcontractors and Suppliers and is very proud of our enviable reputation of having completed all of our awarded projects on time, within budget and with only the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction. We have retained highly qualified and experienced administrative and field personnel to assist in our day to day operations and business development. In addition, MANS augments its primary full-time employees with a versatile team of select professionals and consultants in order to optimize the full spectrum of our capabilities and ensure continued growth. Our project history includes numerous general construction contracts ranging in value from $25,000.00 to over $3 million dollars. Our project management approach is designed to achieve the outcomes that all project stakeholders expect, while controlling costs, ensuring quality, and completing projects on time, every time.
